Master’s handmade shoes

 

 It takes about 7~10days to product handmade shoes. It could feel takes too much time, but

Everything should make all by hand.

So masters should diligently making a pair of shoes.

 Handmade shoes processes were divided by 3 parts, last, upper deck of leather, 저부.

Through these processes, handmade shoes were finished.

 

 First, last is important to make handmade shoes’ form.

After design is finished, re-draw on pattern paper.

Pattern also must be considered to select.

And then draw details on cut clothes.

 

 

 

 

Next step was making an upper of leather
making a hole and sewing follow a pattern paper.

After this step almost handmade shoes were done.

 

Making a upper leather must be made by experts to include details.

It takes much time and do the best on this step.

 

 

 

This is a last step 저부.

In this step we have to connect leathers with heels by machine.

After connected handmade shoes were done.

 

 

 

It takes much time to make a pair of handmade shoes

Specially designed shoes are must to require delicate works.

So masters are making handmade shoes.

Handmade shoes are more strong and long time to wear than other shoes because of masters’ diligent working.
